Why Samsung Galaxy S8 should grab Sony's best new feature

Samsung Electronics Co's new Galaxy S8 will employ facial-recognition technology for mobile payments within months of release, adding cutting-edge security to help the marquee device stand out from rivals such as Apple Inc's iPhone, people familiar with the matter said. The trio of hues include Black Sky, Orchid Grey and Arctic Silver.

Samsung has already set a very ambitious sales target for its Galaxy S8; the company plans to sell 60 million units for the entire 2017 period.

A report on Naver claims that just like Sony, Samsung has also added DRAM as a storage device between the pixel element of the image sensor and the circuit part.

In other Galaxy S8 news, European prices for the phones and their accessories have also been leaked by Blass.

After all the issues with the Galaxy Note 7, batteries are a sensitive subject for Samsung. While mobile payments have been on a rise, susceptibility to easy hacking has hindered its mass usage.

Imitation might be the sincerest form of flattery, but if Apple seems a bit red in the face as of late, it's probably out of anger rather than blushing. Samsung is attempting to sweeten the deal by throwing in a keyboard cover worth $150. This device is a 2-in-1 tablet which you can convert into a laptop by attaching the keyboard onto it, and at some point, far better than a regular laptop.

The handset will have Samsung' multilingual virtual assistant called Bixby.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 comes with a 9.7-inch QXGA Super AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels.

Meanwhile, users are expected to find an improved battery technology in the Galaxy S8. It would've been pretty hard to distinguish them without Evan's description, but the S8 plus, like most larger variants of phones, has slightly smaller bezels than the standard S8. Ubergizmo reported that the Galaxy S8 would feature faster wireless charging with a new Qi base.
